Berry Kiwi

Kiwicrush is made mostly from lower grade, NZ grown kiwifruit which otherwise would be discarded. Skin and seeds are removed before pulping the flesh, which is then frozen locking in the nutrients and gut beneficial enzymes. If taken regularly Kiwicrush helps in the treatment and prevention of constipation. Each serve (sachet) contains the pulp from at least 1 medium sized kiwifruit. Kiwicrush contains many nutrients including fibre, vitamin C, vitamin E, Selenium, folate and potassium. Each serve provides around 96% of the recommended daily intake of Vitamin C which has multiple health and wellbeing benefits. Relatively low in sugar, Kiwicrush contains mainly natural fruit sugars, plus is considered low GI and FODMAP friendly to support gut comfort.
