Our beautiful artisan organic manuka honey is gathered from the Northern Coromandel. It is extracted at hive temperature to retain its natural properties. Awarded a Gold Medal in the 2024 Outstanding Food Producers Awards. Rich, raw and sweet to the taste with a smooth to slightly grainy texture. Shades of amber with some natural streaking, frosting or crystallisation occurring. These are the natural stages of organic honey and vary with each batch and season.
